What you need to know

All accomodation includes the use of our buggy which must be refueled prior to departure.
If at the time of check-out the buggy is not refueled, a $30 service fee will apply.

Telephones in your apartment have on-island dialing capacity only and we suggest that if you own a mobile telephone you bring it with you. Internet and external lines can be made available through Sirius Communications on your arrival.

Your nightly rate for accommodation does not include the use of Hamilton Island resort water sport equipment or child minding facilities.

Arrival and Departure Valet Service

All accommodation includes a valet pick up and drop off. We must have your arrival and departure details at least 7 days prior to to travel. Should any details change within this time it is imperative our office is notified to avoid unnecessary delays upon your arrival or departure.

Minimum Booking Requirements

There is a strict 3 night minimum booking requirement.
Bookings are accepted for less than 3 nights if the 3 nights tariff is paid in full.

Deposit / Payment

A 20% deposit is required upon confirmation of booking.

Final payment is due 21 days prior to date of arrival.
Bookings made within 21 days of travel must be paid in full within 48 hours of confimation.
The price of your reservation is not guaranteed until full payment has been received.

Method of Payment

The following methods of payment are available:

• Mastercard, Visa or Bankcard payments over the phone.
• Personal cheque.
• Electronic Funds Transfer

Cancellation Policy

Prior to final payment: The 20% deposit represents the letting fee and is not refundable upon cancellation. We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance at the time of payment of your deposit. Please make your own arrangements with regard to Travel Insurance.

Bonds

A security bond is required for each property to cover any minor damage and cleaning charges.
